Air Games Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this application”)

   b) The information and data collected by this application regarding your publication on this application, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
   c) Violation of legal regulations or rules of this application, and the measures taken by this application against you.

   b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept this application to obtain the local geographic location. You can set the rights of this application through system authorization settings. But if you choose to refuse to accept the acquisition of local geographic location, you may not be able to use this application service that involves positioning and ranging.
   c) The relevant information obtained through the cache and current location set up in this application will be subject to this policy.
6. Use of camera, recording, and reading phone status permissions
   a) If you have not refused to accept the permission of this application to obtain camera, recording, and reading phone status, this application will open and use the camera, recording, and reading phone status permission functions on your phone, so that you can log in or use the application services or functions that rely on such permissions, such as scanning QR codes, voice remote control, etc.
   b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept the permission of this application to obtain cameras, recordings, and read phone status. You can set the rights of this application through system authorization settings. However, if you choose to refuse this app’s access to cameras, recording, and reading phone status, you may not be able to use this app’s services that involve scanning QR codes, voice remote control, etc.
   c) This policy will apply to information obtained by enabling cameras, recording, and reading phone status through this application.
7. Information Security
   a) This application account has security protection functions. Please keep your account information properly. This application will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting account information. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no “comprehensive security measures” on the information network.
   b) When using this application’s network services for online transactions, it is inevitable for you to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or phone number, to the counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the username and password of this application, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take corresponding measures.
